Screenshot of an Artbot event page. This image displays a seminar at the Harvard Art Museums' Art Study Center. At the bottom of the screen are links for events related by the tag "19th century."I was one of the two co-leads behind Artbot, an app developed at MIT’s HyperStudio. Artbot encourages meaningful, sustained relationships to art through the discovery of cultural events and exhibitions in the Boston area. The application’s interface allows for two main modes of discovery: a serendipitous approach that allows users to explore linkages between events and exhibitions, and a recommendation system that suggests events based on a user’s interests. My responsibilities included conceptualization, interaction design, project management, and user research.
